Annual Membership Meeting
Held every January, this important gathering includes the installation of newly elected Officers and Board Members-at-Large. It’s a chance to hear updates, vote on key matters, and shape the direction of our organization. A quorum is required to conduct official business—your presence matters!
Special Meetings
When urgent issues arise, special meetings may be called by the President/Executive Director, or a majority of the Board of Directors. Members also have the power to request a special meeting by filing a petition. These meetings ensure that every voice in OSE is heard and every important decision is made transparently.
