The Organization of SMUD Employees (OSE) was founded in 1967 with a bold vision: to give SMUD employees a stronger voice in their workplace. From the beginning, OSE has been member-owned and member-operated, reflecting the values of collaboration, fairness, and community that define SMUD’s workforce.
